Website purpose and health services

SAHATEC facilitates medicine searches and connections with pharmacies and partner delivery companies. This company website does not sell medicines or provide diagnoses or prescriptions. Its information does not replace advice from a health professional. Medicines are dispensed by competent pharmacies; couriers work for partner delivery companies, not as SAHATEC employees.

Information and responsibility

SAHATEC aims to keep information accurate and current. Availability, hours and services must be confirmed with the relevant provider. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or incidents. These statements do not exclude responsibilities or rights imposed by Mauritanian law; commitments relating to the app are also governed by its own service terms.

Personal data

Form data processing is described in the privacy policy with reference to Law no. 2017-020 of 22 July 2017 on personal data protection. Do not send health data through this website’s form. This page does not replace any required APD formalities.

Right of reply and reporting

Article 38 of Law no. 2018-022 provides a right of reply for people named or identified in an online public communication service. To request a correction or deletion or exercise this right, contact SAHATEC with the relevant page and the nature of your request. Statutory conditions and deadlines remain applicable.

External links

Links to app stores, social networks, mapping services and the web app lead to separate services. Their own terms and policies apply. A link does not guarantee every item of content on the third-party service.

This notice refers to the law of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. In a dispute, parties may seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent court under applicable rules, without restricting users’ statutory rights.
